Go On a Nature Scavenger Hunt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A scavenger hunt is the perfect opportunity to get the kids outdoors and up and close and personal with all Mother Nature has to offer. Green Child Magazine<\/em><\/a> has some great tips for getting both older and younger children involved in this activity. You can grab a clipboard from the dollar store, some fun pencils, and print out a colorful worksheet<\/a> so kids can check off what they find. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do Some Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoga is a great way for children to connect with their mind and bodies, as well as our beautiful planet. Some yoga practitioners offers easy hikes teamed with yoga sequences that includes tree pose, mountain pose, and more for the younger set.
