Then cut across the side of 3 of them so they are open.<\/li>\n<li>Take the 3 pieces and cover the outside with the white construction paper. Cover the 4<sup>th<\/sup>ring with black construction paper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut a circle from your black construction paper and attach it to the black colored ring to make your hat for your snowman. Attach the white pieces together in the form of a paper chain.<\/li>\n<li>Draw a face and buttons on your snowman then using glue or tape, attach the hat to the top.<\/li>\n<li>Now that you have your snowman base, build the rest of your paper chain. Let dry.<\/li>\n<li>Glue the face to the front of the toilet paper roll.<\/li>\n<li>Bend the arm pieces a little at the edge and glue them to the inside of the toilet paper roll. Make sure you hold it long enough so it sticks. Repeat the same for the legs.<\/li>\n<li>Draw three dots on the front of the toilet paper roll for buttons (we used glitter glue) and add any other decoration you\u2019d like. (This marks your \u2018no-cutting zone\u2019 for later.)<\/li>\n<li>Draw tic marks every half-inch along the top and the bottom of your paper. Then connect those tic marks with your ruler to make straight cutting lines. Stop at the first line you drew earlier in step 2.<\/li>\n<li>Cut along each line you just drew, stopping at the line from step 2.<\/li>\n<li>Now open it up and roll it in the opposite direction that the crease was folded to make a tube-like shape.<\/li>\n<li>While holding one end together, staple every couple of inches as far as your stapler will reach. Staple the other end the same way. (This step is best completed by an adult.)<\/li>\n<li>Join both ends of the tube to create the wreath shape and staple the ends together.<\/li>\n<li>Cut out bows and berries using scrap paper and glue or tape them to your wreath.<\/li>\n<li>Hang your wreath for a festive holiday decoration!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-11569-5\"  class=\"panel-grid
